20-Year Workmanship Guarantee
It’s simple. If any portion of the installation fails during the first 20 years from the completion date, MR Roofing will repair or replace it at no cost to you. This guarantee is transferable in the case of sale.
Please note that our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, intentional damage, damage caused by storms, insects, birds, squirrels, or other external sources, or material and workmanship provided by others. This guarantee does not replace the manufacturer’s guarantees or warranties as those will remain in effect. All material warranties are in addition to and completely separate from the Workmanship Guarantee.
